- If you purchase a PLAIN Colour Roof or Walls, then you get included a)
- If you purchase PRINTING - this being a printing item or a printing package, then you get included a)
- If your order is of a sufficent size to meet FREE SHIPPING criteria, then we will ship the items designated as FREE SHIPPING in your order to your nominated address via the lowest cost we can get at the time. If you want your order faster than our lowest cost option, then a surcharge may be payable to EXPRESS SHIP your item/s to you. Some items you may order are designated as HEAVY ITEMS and as such, will not be considered for FREE SHIPPING, and you will be charged shipping fee's for these items only.
- If you purchase a FRAME and ROOF package ( Plain or Printed ) then you will be entitled to the following: Engineer Certificate of Compliance for Australian Standard certification and/or Victorian VBA cetification, UV Rating of the Fabric, Fire Rating of the Fabric and Waterproof Rating of the Fabric. You will need to request these documents by quoting your order number and name via email using the email address - certification@mountainshade.com.au. Please allow for 3 Business Days for a suitable response.
